Help!!! A Guide to use this site.

Ah, how everyone enjoys that ‘new site’ smell. Welcome to the new site and be sure to check it out often and feel free to add your own comments. This new site is MUCH easier to update so I can even kick back and easily update it from the comfort of the new leather couch while watching a movie, or during the long hours at work, or from any computer with Internet access. This to to be a place to share thoughts, movie reviews, great music tips and anything else that’s worth sharing.

Customize the Background

(This is a picture, use the actual upper left hand corner images)

Click on the STATES.CC in the upper left corner to go to the homepage. You can customize the look of the site to whatever you like by clicking on any of the little squares in the upper left corner. Right now, I’m using the pictures that came with the template, but I will be slowly replacing them one by one with photographs that I’ve personally taken. If you have any ideas for background images, feel free to share.

The Side Menu

On the left of the page, you’ll find a handy calender. Click on any of the highlighted dates to see the posts for that date. Below the calender you can choose individual pages. Just to clarify, a post is a small shorter entry and a page is a longer post that gets it’s very own page. If you want to see the posts, just click on any of the categories.

Leaving Comments

After each article, you’ll notice a number followed by ‘comments’:

Just click on the word ‘comments’ and it will cause the following to be added to the page:

Type in your comments and voice your thoughts then click on ‘I’m done, post it’ and you’ve added to the community.
